Where I am today as an entrepreneur
My role as Founder and Product Manager is to develop the infrastructure that I've created from zero to what it is 'today'. I have launched two key solutions in Global Trade Strategy targeted at Small and Medium Enterprises and I intend to keep the direction of this decision as it is pivotal, for me, to learn and understand better how can we improve and learn better how to leverage our distinct advantages.
My professional experience
I am a global supply chain, project management & international trade specialist with a strategic perspective. I managed global supply chain activities to over 20 countries and worked across a variety of organizations (Microsoft, Target, Fresenius Medical Care and others) in India, United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland - where I contributed to the efficiency of operations. I have experience across different industries (over 10 years including 2 years in project management in the energy industry).
My Training experience in International Trade
I am also a professional instructor - I've taught the International Trade Diploma leading to the CITP certification in Canada and advised small and medium organizations with operations challenges.
University Education
Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Thinking from the Open University in the U.K. - with an injection of systems and methodologies.
My 'Learning, Advisory & Project Management' Methodology
I integrate different practices and methodologies (with a focus on instructional design, lesson planning and instructional strategies as well as assessment). From an analysis point of view, I target and integrate different methodologies that allow me to provide a better insight to Operations.
My Career Goal (Perfect Vision)
I have re-drawn the boundaries of supply chain by executing a website that reflect my view of the perfect supply chain. This is more than a project for me, and I have put extensive efforts in reconnecting the strategy that is required in supply chain with the more operational and mundane aspects of global operations management.
