Massimo Vitali Consulting is our "own product" - started as the result of multiple years of experience across global supply chains in multiple countries. Our citizenship is global and our remit of experiences is wide but we don't restrict ourselves to the 'average'. Our experience has taught us how to navigate different environments and, most importantly, how to contribute to organizations in a unique way - that's how we developed strategic supply chain skills across different scenarios.
In fact, we are now at the nascent stage of a highly practical "strategy-first" consulting and supply chain service-oriented company - a 'hybrid formula' that sits between Project Management and Consulting.
